We are a team of a fractional Finance Director and Financial Controllers based in Yorkshire
As qualified chartered accountants, we can help set up the right finance function for your business, allowing you the time to focus and grow your business
Our aim is to empower you to be self sufficient in managing your finances by leveraging technology, training and developing your staff and offering mentorship, all while providing valuable insight and advice

We will spend a couple of days reviewing your finance function, offering advice on the set up that will be right for your business

We can spend a few months to support building the right finance function for your business using tech and training, helping you to become as self sufficient as possible
Xero Set Up and Training
We offer hands on sessions giving you clarity and control over the areas of your accounting and finance processes you might want to do in-house and those you may want to outsource
Mentoring
We can provide longer term mentoring for your finance team, board advisory support on strategy and be at the end of the phone as trusted advisors
Finance Power Hour
If the budget is a little tighter or you want some straight answers to issues you’re struggling with, we offer one hour sessions to talk through any finance matters that are on your mind
